With all of the changes in ownership and distribution that have developed in the healthcare communications marketplace over the past few years, West-Com has emerged as the leader in healthcare communications. With the reputation of being a savvy manufacturing company with the most technologically advanced system on the market, West-Com has been put in the unique position of supplying medical facilities with diligent, dedicated and intelligent service.  West-Com is one of the oldest major suppliers of nurse call equipment on the market today, and for the past thirty years, under the same ownership, we have continued to shine in the nurse call business achieving growth and expansion in our market each year.

West-Com’s corporate offices, factory and training centers are located in Fairfield, California with West-Com’s own R&D offices located in Chandler, Arizona. West-Com has end-user committees that meet and discuss our product lines, ways to improve the product and what is needed in the industry. West-Com also has distributor meetings to discuss and review ways to technically improve both our hardware and software products. West-Com is constantly developing new and improved software and firmware in order to ensure that our product lines remain on the cutting edge of healthcare communications.

History of Innovation

West-Com has been building relationships and the trust of healthcare facilities nationwide since 1983.  Our goal is to become valuable partners with healthcare facilities by providing superior service and support. This kind of dedication offers our customers the widest range of benefits as a result of their investments.  In 1991, West-Com revolutionized the healthcare environment when we introduced our first computerized nurse call system.  Today, we continue to set the standard in the industry with our innovative approach to product design and business development.

Due to West-Com’s understanding of the high costs associated with staff turnover, we offer training courses in system administration and maintenance for all of our systems at no additional cost as long as it remains in your facility.  Additionally, all WestCall® systems include our five-year warranty program to assist in protecting facilities from unexpected costs.
