In Loving Memory of Steve Cheshire
Stephen Christopher Cheshire, 31, passed away suddenly in an accident on Sunday, November 16, in Parker, Arizona.
A resident of Queen Creek, AZ, Stephen is survived by his cherished wife, Rachel, and his beloved daughter Samantha and son, Jayden. He is also survived by his father, Dwain and stepmother, Evie of Lake Havasu City, and his mother, Linda and Alan Johnson of Antioch, Ca. He leaves behind his brother Scott Cheshire and his wife, Diane; sisters Dena Holbrook (Steve) of Corona, California, Misty Sisney (Mike) of Atlanta, Georgia, his in-laws, Brenda Rentuma and Don Foster, as well as many beloved cousins, nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, friends and co-workers. They are all devastated by this terrible loss and will miss him greatly.
Steve (formerly of Antioch and Brentwood, California) was a seven-year loyal employee of West-Com Nurse Call Systems, Inc. His responsibilities and duties stretched all across the board, and he took each one very seriously. He could work well with anybody and bring out the best in them.
Steve adored every member of his family and his children were the light of his life. He loved the outdoors; camping, ATVs, motorcycles, and cars (34 in his lifetime). He was a gentle soul. He never met a stranger and was loved by everyone he ever met. Everyone whose life Steve touched was better for the experience. He loved life and lived it to the fullest. He packed more into 31 years than most people do in three times that amount of time. Life is not growing old and feeble till they lower you into the grave; it’s sliding in sideways yelling, “What a ride!” This summarized Steve’s time here.
Services will be held Friday in Gilbert, Arizona and a memorial service will also be held in Brentwood, CA at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations for his children would be greatly appreciated and may be mailed to the Steve Cheshire Memorial Fund, North Valley Bank, 711 Jefferson Street, Fairfield, CA 94533. |
