The FocusCare® software for the West-Com nurse call systems
provides features not found in other systems of its class.
New map features allow for odd-shaped and unusually configured
bed layouts.
Active calls are displayed in an easy-to-read list that includes the
room number and the bed that placed the call, the type of call
that was placed, and a call timer. Press the Answer Call button
and automatically answer the highest priority call and assign the
patient's request to the correct staff member in one step.
